FIX IT TERRIBLE!!!!

Please be careful of Fix It in Cape Town. had a faulty dishwasher. Two unprofessional looks like guys of the street came out and repaired dishwasher. The guys dented our stainless steel fridge. We phoned the office and reported as the guys left 28/5/2019 and the office sent the guys back. They apologized and left. We have been trying to get this resolved after several phone calls with no return calls as promised. Received a mail saying that we have waited too long to report the incident but it was reported the same day and seems they dont have an idea what is going on in their business.
