DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. On 28 November 2025, I took my vehicle in for a gearbox issue and paid approximately R30,000 upfront (including stripping and 70% of the quoted repair). I was told a reconditioned (“buyout”) gearbox would be supp**** and fitted. After MORE THAN 3 MONTHS OF DELAYS, repeated follow-ups, and multiple visits, the vehicle was still not repaired and was returned to me in worse condition. I ultimately had to tow the vehicle back to Johannesburg on 9 March 2026. When I requested proof of the purchase of the reconditioned gearbox, I was told it came from Japan Auto. I contacted them directly and was informed that no such purchase had been made, only an enquiry. Despite being told by the owner of FIX IT ALL that proof would be provided, no invoice was ever produced, and it was ultimately not provided upon request. As a result: The agreed repair was not delivered There was a lack of transparency regarding parts I incurred significant additional costs to repair the vehicle elsewhere The business is also not RMI approved. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others NOT to use this business.
