Unauthorised Charge and Demand for Payment

This is regarding the matter in which my account was flagged without my prior knowledge or consent. Following my refusal to accept and my formal dispute of the unauthorised action, I am now being demanded to pay R7,125.

This conduct is not only unjust but has placed my personal and financial affairs in a state of complete stagnation. Your actions have caused significant disruption and distress, for which I hold you accountable.
