Now they saying my accounts cannot be reinstated because they are wth lawyers But their lawyers i have paid them to do their job @HYPHEN is still deducting @will continue to so So now im expected to pay my creditors laywers @also hyphen to deduct from account on monthly basis How is that possible when you under debt review Why they were not transparent from the very onset, now they coming wth excuses saying im not the first time applicant under debt review so its gonna be hard for them to assist me They promised me as all will be well now they changing the tune Im in deep trouble wth my creditors a lot can happen Im in distress so drained @depressed I need help wth a legit company to take me out of this hole that im in I wouldn't recomend FIX DEBT to anyone

We note your concerns and dispute the facts you have raised. You were a transfer client from another debt counsellor and some of your accounts had already been terminated at the time of appointment, and we only found out about this after we had commenced your debt review. We managed to get your largest account reinstated and subsequently negotiated a lower instalment on that account.

We attempted to get your other accounts reinstated by sending several requests to the credit providers which they declined. Unfortunately, a transfer debt counsellor cannot include accounts that have been already been terminated from debt review and on that basis, we believe we have done everything a debt counsellor could do to assist you.
