No Fix, no security

<p>Same story. Bad service, bad attitude.</p> <p>I had them install a wireless intercom, few months later, the thing stops working. Ants got into the system. They say they didn't know I got ants. This is an outdoor system and they should have secured the system against possible outdoor hazards. They did admit that they have experienced this problem before.</p> <p>I referred to the Consumer Protection Act. They completely ignore all references to this law.</p> <p>I have offered to pay them if they will refund me if the Consumer Tribunal rules against them, but they make no comment. Neither do they make any comment on my complaints about very poor work they have done for me in the past and for which I have paid them.</p> <p> </p> <p>My intercom is malfunctioning again, and I do not trust them to fix it under the warranty.</p>
