Not honouring guarantee

<p>We engaged the services of Fix-A-Roof (Tammy Hellyer & Joel Bergstrom) after a very convincing sales pitch by Joel in October 2015. Their quote states their work is guaranteed for 5 years. Our roof started leaking again in January 2016 and we requested that they come look at the problem and fix it. It is now March 2016 and they have not come to our home to fix this. When it rains, the water streams down our walls and the lights trip. We have made numerous attempts to get them to come and honour their guarantee without luck so far. I would not recommend their services. </p>
