Faulty Owner of Store

The owner of FIX a CELL in Airpot Mall Belhar, Mr Arif is such a rude person who does not care about his customers or the way he speaks to us.<br> On the 31st December 2014 I bought a Blackberry 9360 and paid cash for it a total of R1150 (incl additional air time). I was given a pair of earphones (generic) and was also not given an original BB charger.<br> When I queried this he said they were out of original chargers and I should use this in the meantime and when I visit their store again they will give me an original charger FOR FREE.<br> Now not even a month and a half later I've been to that store many times as the handset has proven to have many faults and time and time again I had to pay. When I questioned them about their guarantee's and policies they refused to assit me and I was made to leave their store. The owner speaks to his customers in a condescending manner and one is made out to feel like a beggar. I'm demanding my money back as now the phone is completely useless and I am without a charger as the charger's wiring came undone!
