Fix-4-Nails 5 star customer service

I picked up a nail fungal infection in hospital after my first hip reconstruction operation in 2010. I Google'd the condition and came upon Willie Fourie's product Fix-4-Nails - a local product promising to "Uniquely aids in the restoring, maintaining and protection of nails". Well, this product did just that. Since 2010 I had to use this product again because the infection came back twice already and every time it helps my nails to grow out healthy again. So when I could not find the product at neither Dischem or Clicks last week, I contacted the company on line on Friday to find out whether it was discontinued. Sunday morning I got a call from Monique Marais, manager orders, whom promised to contact my local Dischem because the product is still available. This morning (Tuesday) I received an e-mail from her confirming that she contacted Dischem and that the product will be available for me to go and buy by Friday already. Thank you Monique for your friendliness and terrific customer service. I can recommend this product to everybody with problem nails - you cannot go wrong with the product and the company which goes the extra mile for its' customers. Stay safe - devereux
