I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with caution.

On 24 April, I placed an order for printing paper with them. The entire process appeared legitimate — they provided a purchase order, invoice, and banking details, and payment was made accordingly.

Due to the public holidays the following week, I initially understood there may be delays. However, on 4 May, I emailed requesting an update on my order and was informed that delivery would take place on 8 May.

After receiving nothing, I attempted to contact the company again on 11 May. Since then, there has been no answer to calls and no response to emails.

I then sent my driver to the address listed on the invoice at the Regis Building in Centurion, only to discover that it is merely a rented office space which they apparently do not occupy.

At this stage, I am extremely concerned that this may be a **** operation. I would appreciate the company contacting me urgently to resolve this matter, failing which I will proceed with reporting the matter to the relevant authorities and consumer platforms.
