Poor Service

I had my first poor experience on this site with someone so decided to go with another person to help me with my marketing. Long story short I received a message from the lady which included the F word to me. I reported this to Fiverr & still have email proof & screenshots that I would receive a refund & yet nothing & this was back in September. Poor service!!!
