Initially, the business owner was quick to provide quotes and reply to any questions. His quoted prices were average. As time passed, we saw a lack of professionalism and expertise, which is critical for completing the entire project. Additional charges kept piling up and the owner always managed to find a loophole when we referred back to the original accepted quotes. At the end of the project, we got given a final price which was ridiculously high! By this time, he got paid in full for the original job (R180k). Not too long we saw the true quality of his work and started counting our losses; damage to private property/ belongings. FYI he has been using images from other companies to self-market his company's services and expertise.
