Bad customer service

I took a suit to the Five Star Dry Cleaners in Braamfontein for dry cleaning on Tuesday (17th March 2015). I handed it to the \manager"who checked that the suit was in good condition before wringing me an invoice. I took the slip/invoice and walked out. I went back the same day to collect the suit (the dry clean provides same day service) at 16:30"
