Copy, Paste, Delay

Myself and my wife recently got our home loan approved to purchase our first home through Standard Bank and what started as pure elation soon transformed into anger and stress. Fivas was appointed as our bond attorneys by Standard bank upon the home loan approval. To make a very long story short Fivas is the cause of a two month delay in our registration process due to poor communication both with the registration attorneys as well as with us the client. They are quick to pass the buck onto all parties involved, the sellers, buyers, bank but nether themselves. If possible I would advise to stay clear of this company at all costs if you are looking to get your home registered with no delays... Now it is a few weeks before Christmas and I will either be moving during Christmas weekend or will have to wait till the new year to get our new home in our name. Worst part is I paid this company 1 day after I had my first interaction in full, guess they just copy the standard papers requires, paste the new customer details and provide delays by passing the buck. Sad that this is the standard of service delivery we have to accept.
