Worst Service

Good Day<br> <br> We rented from a company called fitzanne estates. We moved already on the 30 april 2015 and today is 26 May already and still waiting for our deposit. The contract state it takes up to 21 days. The woman,Marina Rossouw that works with deposits is never in when we call and doesn't reply on my emails. We must pay a deposit before you move in why is it ok for property companies to let us wait a month before you get your deposit back. This is not the 1st time we receive bad service from them there were lots of times. That why me and my husband moved there after a year. When they must do maintenance you basically have to beg them to do it. About 2 months before we moved our drain was blocked before of the tree leaves that falls into the drain. I called them 2x times to fix but in the end we moved and it was never fixed. We called today 26 may 2015 again to speak to the supervisor not available either. This is seriously very bad, I just want my money so that I can get rid of this company for good.
