worst decision of my life
<p>After several warnings not to use Fitzanne, I gave them the benefit of doubt and signed a mandate with them.....the beginning of my nightmare. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm experiencing some of the worst communication ever. Seems like they read their emails once a months or simply choose to ignore people. </p> <p> </p> <p>Wrong charges on my account. Paying incorrect money into my account and tenants accounts are all in areas. Not sure i understand what they are administering, besides taking their share and a little more every month. </p> <p> </p> <p>I gave them 3 months notice to get my mandate back by the 5th of May and no notice has been given to tenant until today.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked for a recon over 3 months ago and until today nothing. I also asked for tenant and owner statements so i can do the ****** recon myself and still thry refuse. </p> <p> </p> <p>I even travelled to their offices and Pretoria to no avail. Every time i call they are all busy and promise to call back until today nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went as far as to send a linkedIn message to their CEO and head Account and still nothing. Next step should be the unions to see if I'll get somewhere. </p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly disgusted and disappointed </p>
