Water Bill Shocking!!

Since Fitzanne took over management of our Building (Rissik Flats in Sunnyside, Pretoria), We have been receiving shockingly high water bills.<br> Before they took over, we used to pay R120 - R150 per month or R600 per Six (6)months. Now we receive bills of R600-R650 monthly or for 45 days. On top of that, we do not have a breakdown of how they arrive at their figures like in a statement format. We receive a warning reminder/legal action letter with the amount included demanding an immediate payment.<br> This must be looked into because everyone in so frustrated. There is not transparency at all.
