Unreliable and poor client service

I would not recommend Fitzanne Estate to anyone. From the very first day I had nothing but problems with them. Very poor client service and account management. So, here is my latest experience of them. After a little more than a year of struggles, I finally decided to cancel my mandate with Fitzanne Estates. I had some queries on my closing account, and after months of trying to get an answer from them, I finally insisted on having a meeting with them in person. One of the queries I had was with regards to the commission and bank charges I’ve been paying them since the beginning. We referred to the mandate, and it was agreed that the bank charges should include VAT, but that the % commission was exactly as written in the mandate. Even though we agreed to this in person, they sent me and email the following week going back on what was agreed upon and going back on their word. I have no words for dealing with these people anymore as they are ************* and unreliable. Please be careful when dealing with Fitzanne Estates, as they try and get you to use their services with stories in the beginning, but that’s not necessarily what you’ll get in the end.
