Refund nightmare

<p>We are required to use this estate agent in order book the clubhouse in our estate. They require us to make a deposit and then refund us afterwards when the estate manager gives the all clear.</p> <p> </p> <p>However every time it takes several phone calls and angry emails before they do the refund. Magically this time their policy is the 15th or 30th of the month. Even though they had said "Next week"</p> <p> </p> <p>We sent the the email to confirm we had handed over the keys on the 9th. Why did it take them till the 30th to do the payment then.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ridiculous</p>
