Fitzanne Estates not able to provide contracts for Caretaker when requested

<p>Fitzanne Estates is not able to provide employment contracts for both general workers as well as caretaker. A request for this was raised several times by both owners as well as trustees. The only document Fitzanne could provide to date is a UNSIGNED copy of a contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>Documents where Fitzanne was voted to power was also requested and is being denied.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fitzanne often goes against the wishes of trustees and owners. One example being not withholding payment to a contractor that never completed work as expressly requested by owners at a year end meeting.</p>
