Extra charged

Since we've moved in the rental house, we've never received a water and sanitation account. We've been paying extra on our rent account for the water and sanitation. now we received via email from Fitzanne (Paula Jacobs) that we owe R5942.39 for the water/sanitation.<br> when I phoned them I was told that I have to pay that amount. this is unacceptable as for they even charge us their bank costs when we pay the rent via cash deposit. for the past 9 month there was every time a different person handling our rental account with them and every time I get told a different story on whats going on on my account. it seems that none of them know what and who is doing what. they are quick to charge extra on your account but bad when it comes to service from their side!!! this is how estate agents rob us from any amount they desire for extra money in their accounts!!!
