DOUBLE CHARGE FROM FITZANNE ESTATES

<p>I paid TWO levies on the 1 June 2016 . My mistake I put the same reference nos.</p> <p>Then I get an sms saying OVERDUE. charge R8.50 for the sms.</p> <p> </p> <p>So the money forI both levies are in their bank account EARNING interest from the bank BUT</p> <p>they charge me R25 for the incorrect reference no and R 13.69 for interest .</p> <p>BEAR IN MIND I DID PAY ON TIME ALBEIT WITH THE INCORRECT REF no </p> <p>Is this fair business practice by an estate agent ?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
