<div>Good day I purchased two watches on line from Fitswatch. I am very disappointed with my purchase. 1. I am unable to pair the watch to my Samsung Android phone. Or it keeps losing the pairing. I have been in constant contact with Fi****ch to solve the problem. They have tried to assist without success. I have followed their steps without success. 0ther points: 2. Although I specifically checked, before purchasing, the battery life is pathetic as it lasts less than a day. Advertised to last at least 7 days. 3. It is nearly impossible to remove the one strap to charge the watch and this needs to be done daily if possible. 4. There is no Model number or code to be able to identify the watch. Only name is SMAR****CH. 5. When trying to identify and compare prices on the internet it appears that, even with 50% discount promotion price, the price is a lot higher than other smart watches. 6. The user manual is printed so small that you can hardly read it even with a magnifying glass. Supposed to be for Seniors. 7. More importantly, the watch Blood Pressure monitor gives very inconsistent readings and , when compared to a proper monitor, the readings on the watch are way below the “correct” measurements. No help to seniors. Very unhappy with my suspect purchase. To their credit Fitswatch support staff have tried to answer my queries that is why I give two stars .
