I would like to log a complaint for debiting my account without my consent. They debited my account twice and keep telling me that I subscribed to their membership. I did not do such if I did I was not aware of it. Can they please terminate that subscription and ensure that they refund me every single cent they debited from my account. They offer to pay me 50% but I can't agree to it because I did not authorize it. As per TCF you need to make clients aware of the product the take. I NEED MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!! R350. 91
