Totally disgusted

<p>To who it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband came in to utilize the gym for the first time this morning after signing a contract on Saturday .</p> <p> </p> <p>When he asked if he can leave his car keys and wallet in a locker , he was informed he needs a padlock to which being his first time he does not have one .</p> <p> </p> <p>He was told he could leave his stuff behind the counter were it will be safe .</p> <p> </p> <p>On his departure he came to the counter to fetch his stuff, only to find that R600.00 is missing .</p> <p> </p> <p>When asked the gentleman behind the counter about if the Gym has camera’s was told no . So my question is if there was only 2 people behind the counter and both a staff members – how can money go missing ???</p> <p> </p> <p>This certainly has left a sour taste for both of us.</p> <p> </p> <p>How is it that a huge organisation has no camera’s and staff cannot be trusted .</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can I have a full report on how this is going to be investigated and how are we going to be refunded by Close of Business today .</p> <p> </p> <p>Further to this please can we have the membership cancelled with immediate effect.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
