ARMATURE MANAGEMENT BAD SERVICE

<p>I am completely dissapointed this company's management i recently renewed and upgraded my contract with zonefitness and at theis point i wish i never had. my partner trains at zone fitness and this week he had i misunderstanding with one of the staff member where he was upolitely ask to step down from the tredmil as his time was up after. after this audeal the staff member threated to terminate his contract immedialy. when my partner asked for the staff's name the staff refused to give his name. which i find this very unproffessional, when my partner returned to the following day he was told by the receptionist that he cannot access the gym as his contract was terminated. he then recieved a call from management telling him that he is fired from the gym he is never to set foot his contract ha been terminated suprisingly there were 5 people that have complained against him aying that they are scared of him as he is bulling them. as aresult the manager has terminated his contract. what type of managerial s**** do these people practice how does zone fitness promote such midiocre management. no one asked for his side of the story the "so called manager" did not follow no procedure in dealing with this she just jumped onto terminating contract. please hire peoffessionaly trained managers not amatures who cannot resolve a simple conflict. we need facts we need them to tell us who complained about him and why was it the first time hearing that people had complained about him if this is true.</p>
