Fitness Watch

I ordered and paid for a fitness watch more than 2 months ago. Having contacted them (Juan - ***) 4 times about the failure of delivery (they requested me to send them the track and trace number which I did). I still have not had any joy. I requested a refund as well - no joy! For a company who professes that their customers come first, they certainly do not deliver on their promise!!
