Firstly, I after I selected a dumbbell and ordered, I was contacted promptly to find out if I needed any assistance. Once payment went through via EFT, they phoned me very quickly to arrange delivery, and my dumbbells came the very next day. I am very impressed with the level of customer service, the speed and ease of the process, and the quality of the product.
