Ruan was more than helpful when assisting us with spinning bikes. He was extremely knowledgeable and could answer every question we asked him.

Through out the whole process Ruan was fantastic. He kept me in the loop and made sure I always knew what was happening. He assembled the bike for me and even loaded it in my car.
