A company worth keeping in your contact list

Having been in the fitness industry for 29 years, I've come across many equipment suppliers. Some know what they're doing; some not so much. I've had the good fortune of dealing with Fitness Network on a number of occasions and I'll admit to being impressed on several levels.

Firstly, their knowledge of their field is undeniably impressive. They were able to guide me in my choices and were honest about which equipment would suit my space, despite them losing out on a bigger sale. They have had experience fitting out so many different venues, I couldn't argue with their logic. The second time I used them, I just went with their suggestions straight off the bat and it worked out perfectly.

Secondly, their service was very good and extremely personal. I felt supported throughout my purchase experience and someone was always able to answer any questions I had between sale and delivery. In fact, even when I had issues from my side and had to rearrange delivery for a more suitable time, they handled the change well.

Thirdly, their business acumen was made obvious to me by their well-run operation. From first point of contact, to last, the experience was smooth and simple. Even when they had a problem being out of stock of one of my mat orders, they managed to source another very swiftly.

I have no hesitation recommending this company and will certainly use them again in the future.
