********** gym contracts

The Gym Club in Ormonde is constantly harassing me for overdue fees. I have never been to this gym and I live in cape Town. Someone has used a ********** contract with my phone number. I have requested that they send me their attorneys details so i can deal with them. They requested I send them a copy of my I.D I would be very worried to do this as they could create another ********** contract so i would like to deal only with their attorneys
