ONLINE SHOPPING FIRST EXPERIENCE RUINED

<p>a month back i tried online shopping from Fitman sa. They delayed the shipping of the product i ordered blaming it on their system shutdown. I understood and they oferred to deliver within the next 2 days which on the day after turned to more days on top. I couldn't wait as i am a student and my residence hall was closing and had to go back to my province.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good thing which turned to be the disapointment, they offered an option of full refund to make up for their delayed shipment. Now its been over a month and they haven't refunded me my money. they ruined my first experince of online shopping and don't think i'l ever do it again. After all the sleeping hungry, starvation just to afford their product and nothing to show for it at the end but #dololo face</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
