Fitfoodz wonderful interaction

We ordered a box of 15 meals from fitfoodz, when it arrived all of the meals were identical, which is not how it is advertised,

After speaking briefly to the chat bot on their website, it referred me to a whatsapp line,

I spoke to a consultant on the whatsapp line, quering the fulfillment, they immediately apologised and sent us a new box with 15 meals at no cost, this box costs around R1500.00.

We wish this business well and would recommend them to anyone. Just on how they handled our interaction.

The food is delicious too
