No Refund Or Return
FitChef fetched a batch of food from my Freezer 2 days ago after I complained about the quality and taste. They then said that they cannot send me fresh food or refund me because it was defrosted, but the driver removed it from my freezer himself. Who can I report them to any help will be appreciated. TIA
