Good food great weight loss
I have been struggling to lose weight for years. One of my big challenges were my diabetes and food allergies. Thyme FitChef changed all of that for me. My husband and I went on the 21 day challenge. They accommodated all my dietary needs and was super helpful. Thyme FitChef is absolutely amazing The big surprise came at the end of the 21 days I lost 10kg. We did incorporate some exercise I did 30min on lvl 3 every day. But this program has changed my relationship with food drastically!
