FitChef not what was promised

FitChef meals received are not as advertised. They say fresh quality meals and I received meals with vegetables that are not fresh at all, dry and insipid meats, some meals have so much chili in that they are inedible. I have sent complaint mails to the assigned customer care agent for three days now with no response. Perhaps I received a bad batch of food but then why have they not responded?
