My level of disappointment is at an all low. I purchased a Fitbit charge 5 which cost me R4300 and in less than 2 years the watch has issues with charging and the battery life has moved from 1 week to a few hours overnight. When I contacted Fitbit they respond via email that it’s not covered under the 2 year warranty. So like really R 4300 gone down the drain. How can a watch costing that much not even last through the warranty period. Fitbit, for what you expect customers to pay for your product it’s appalling to not that your product has zero value for money if anything purchasing a Fitbit is as good a throwing cash away. Utterly disappointed and will definitely advise against purchasing a fitbit
