Terribly Manufactured and Terrible Customer Service

<p>I am absolutely astounded at the level of service that i received fr...om Fitbit! I received a Fitbit Charge for Christmas 2015 and within month, the band started peeling away from the unit. I have emailed them my issues only to be told that they do not have any Fitbit Charges in store to replace my unit and they cannot repair the unit, however, they are willing to downgrade my Fitbit! We have been discussing a possible solution, only to be told i dont have a choice in this situation other than to accept the downgrade! How is this customer service? To be treated this way, i would suggest anyone wanting to purchase any Fitbit product, please do not! Rather purchase a Polar or Garmin! With customer service like this, its no wonder the share price is falling!</p>
