Takealot.com and Fedex empty promises

I have been waiting for delivery of my Fitbit strap for 5 days from Take-a-lot.com.

Why can I not buy a strap from anywhere else but Takealot.com?

I have been promised delivery for the past 5 days with the excuse of Fedex courier problems.

I wish to advise you not to purchase anything from Takealot.com during December.

They are not supportive at all. They promise return calls that never happen.
