No service after warrantee expires

Great product, until warranty expires. My Alta HR is 15 months old, the screen is shattered, while my watch next to it is unscratched. The issue is, I was categorically told that I cant replace the screen and they dont have any workshops. I have just purchased a new strap for it, now it is useless. Expensive product , bad quality screen, no after warrantee service
