No customer service

I would never recommend buying any fitbit.. My fitbit versa just died and it has been 2 months and it still doesn't want to work.. I have send so many emails to fitbit customer care to send me a quote to fix my fitbit and had no response from them, my warranty has in the meantime expired also so know I sit with a 3k watch that is broken and it's like fitbit customer service doesn't exist what a bad service for such a expensive watches
