NEVER EVER BUY A FITBIT. YOU WILL REGRET IT

On 23 December I reported to Fitbit that my Fitbit was not working anymore. As it was under warranty still. They issued an order to replace my pebble. To date I have not received my pebble and I can not get any answer from them as to when I will receive it. I will never ever buy a Fitbit again and I will never ever recommend it to anyone. I am a runner and need my fitness watch to track my progress. This has been demotivating to not have my watch.
