Most pathetic

Most pathetic service provider , purchased a fitbit versa lite jan 2020 , stopped working end october 2020 was assisted by fitbit with a replacement model nov 2020 , 22 October 2021 same problem again , just to find out they actually did not sent me a NEW REPLACEMENT it was actually a REFURBISHED REPLACEMENT which was never mentioned until i contacted them now again since my replacement unit is doing exactly the same as the old model , now they don't have any warranty on the unit as it is REFURBISHED WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF , never will i ever reccomend that you purchase a fitbit device .
