Ionic Refund failed - multiple users with same feedback!!! *****S

I see a few people have had the same complaint as me. I received a refund from Fitbit to my paypal account, only to have my PayPal account balance show $0. This is unacceptable, and is borderline ********** activity! I have made numerous international phone calls, with large telephone bills and no success. This is pathetic! Fitbit have disabled my ionic, so i cannot repeat the refund process, and all their help lines say phone the international number which is useless!!!!
