I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER FITBIT DEIVICE AGAIN

This is possibly the worst fitness device. These units have a life expectancy of approximately 13 to 14 months, then they start giving endless trouble. I received my first SURGE as a christmas gift which lasted just short of a year and started losing data, didn't track my runs correctly and the strap broke. I was sent another SURGE by fitbit after much complaining but NOT NEW even though my watch was under a year old. Same thing with this unit had it all of 9 months and it completely stopped working. My husband then purchased me the VERSA which again worked fabulously for the first 10 months and in the 11 month (Nov 2019) I noticed that it wasn't tracking the distance of my runs correctly, and from then on it just went downhill, I basically have a very expensive digital watch because that is all it can currently do tell the time, and sometimes not very accurately I might add! Up until now I am still trying to get FITBIT customer service to assist me by just answering my e-mails. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER FITBIT AGAIN.
