Good after service but not so good watches

I am giving 4* because their after service is great but their watches are not so great. I understand that they should last 2 years but have yet to have one lasting that long. So I sent broken watch to Netherlands 🇳🇱 and was told 10-15 working days but it was less than a week. Thank you
