Fitbit wors ever customer service

I bout my Fitbit Charge 3 02/2019 at Sportsmans Warehouse Rustenburg. 03/2020 the device screen when black, I restarted the decive as advised on Fitbit's support website, after the restart the screen got a line through making it difficult to see on the screen, during this whole process the strap started to disintegrate, the rubber started to crumble. I went to Sportsmans Warehouse Rustenburg where I bought the device, the store was no more due to heavy winds the store collapsed. I phoned Fitbit support but the line stayed engaged. I left it thinking that it is lockdown and everyone is forced to stay at home. I could not drive to another town to get another device as it was lockdown and we could not leave our houses or town! When we got to a lower level of lockdown Sportsmans Warehouse has been rebuild and I went straight to the shop, they phoned Fitbit just to hear that the warranty has expired and they can do anything! Even my house mortgage was moved up 3 months but not the warranty on a device.. The whole world stood still for 3 months but Fitbit could not listen to what I have to say, so I left the screen as is because I am losing out on my life policy paybacks because of this Fitbit device not working. Then 2 days ago it stopped picking up my heart rate, resulting in me loosing 300 points everytime I work out on Vitality. So I phoned Fitbit again trying to solve the second problem, a constant sent me steps to follow: unpair device, restart phone, pair device again, the whole story, I did that step by step. When the Fitbit was paired again it did not pick up my heart rate, steps, calories ect. There was NOTHING! Just blanks next to to steps ect. I sent Fitbit a mail again explaining the hole story from the top an all they rep**** is that it is out of warranty!

This is the worst customer support I have ever seen in my life! I am loosing thousands of rands due to this Fitbit that I can't get any help with!
