FitBit Works....ForaBit!!!!!!!!!

So my Fitbit Ionic lasted just over a year and a bit and bombed. Chatted to fitbit via email and it falls outside the 1 year warranty. So now ive been redirected to the sales site to buy a new one. R6000-00 watch, thanks for coming!!! Absolute Bull****!!! How can you charge that for something that doesnt last???????????????????????
