FITBIT WATCHES IONIC DONT TOUCH . NO SUPORT AND THEY ONLY LAST A YEAR .

if you looking for a fitness watch , do not touch any Fitbit product. They not very good in their customer care and support. Ionic Fitbit dies after a year and you cant get it to work again. Fitbit just tells you sorry you need to buy a new one and cant be replaced . I have had 3 Ionic watches and all 3 have gone the same way. If their quick fix doesn't work , sorry for you the owner. Fitbit is expensive in South Africa , there is no support here and if they see you from South Africa Fitbit just tells you sorry 1 yr guarantee.

DONT WASTE YOU MONEY ON FITBIT . YOU WILL REGRET IT> Garmin seems to be the better option and there is support in South Africa.
