Fitbit watches are terrible

I am honestly in shock of fitbit! I bought a fitbit versa lite in November 2019, by March 2020 it had just stopped working, I only got a new one in July. They had discovered it was just faulty, now 7 / 8 months later this new one is broken and will not work!! I was shocked to learn of the policy that your warrant is only liable from the FIRST purchase- as in it had a year warrantee and because the first one was bought over a year ago I cant get this one replaced! HOW is it my fault for their terribly made products?? It is a joke to pay R2699.99 and have a product not even last one year! absolutely disgusting!! I will never buy or promote fitbit!
