Fitbit watch unreliable

In 2020 I bought a fitbit (kindly note that I was not keeping up with the model) watch from Dischem Benmore, it was just before the country went into lock down. It turned out the heart rate feature was not working and I returned it to Dischem Strubensvalley. On returning it I opted for one that was a little bit expense (think it was a Versa or Versa lite). This particular one, within a year it went blank and just stopped working. I communicated with Fitbit and they exchanged it for Vera lite. Again this exchanged watch went blank and I sent it back on the 21 September 2021 (ref ***8) and it was exchanged. On the 22 September 2022 I had the watch on when doing aqua aerobics and the face came off with the watch totally stopping work. I notified fitbit (re***542991) and they have indicated to me that the watch has been replaced previously, so it cant be replaced again.

My problem with their response is that, since I bought the watch I have had so many problems with them, hence the replacements. This means that I have not had value for the money I have spent!!! Moreover, they have misled me as consumer by selling a watch that is supposed to be
